Minding My Glow® has a mission to empower individuals to care for themselves first by guiding clients to make behavioral and lifestyle changes that manifest results long-term.

Health Coaching
As your health coach, I will help you navigate nutrition and lifestyle choices to achieve your goals. I will meet you where you are, encourage you, be your accountability partner, and support you.
You will set meaningful goals, explore unique strengths, identify obstacles, and strategize transformative solutions for long-term success.
As a certified health coach, I am trained to ask questions that help you find answers. Along the way, we will celebrate your victories. Are you ready to find your glow? Let’s work together, this will be one of the best investments you will make!
Our Sessions Will Be
Personalized
Together we will create a sustainable health plan with your goals in mind, that may include lifestyle recommendations, meal inspiration, and a step by step action plan to introduce healthy habits that fit into your daily life.
Targeted
Everyone has specifics when it comes to achieving wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify your needs and overcome your obstacles.
Integrative
Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices that can support and nourish your overall health.
While you are on the path to your inner glow, you will learn new healthy lifestyle habits that will allow you to maintain wholeness in mind, body, and soul!
What’s Included In The Coaching Program?
One 60-90 minute health history and plan. Before the health history call, I’ll share a questionnaire with you to get a better understanding of where you are at with your current health and what your goals are. You will leave the call with more clarity around your health history and what your body needs most at this time.
Personalized plan with nutrition and lifestyle recommendations that are sustainable long-term to help you reach your goals.
Weekly 45-min 1-on-1 sessions (virtual or phone) and support to check in on your progress and make any adjustments to the recommendations if needed.
Helpful tools and interventions for navigating your unique obstacles. The next time you get off track, you will know how to self-correct.
Support on the major impediments to good health associated with your condition with accountability.
Yoga/meditation sessions.
